Indie provides its customers with a 180-day warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and includes, at no cost, the repair or replacement of the item, as deemed appropriate.

What's covered?
- Loose hinges or temples without signs of impact.
- Defect in the original wood, such as dryness or cracks.
- Defect in the lens
What is not covered?
- Damage due to misuse or neglect of the product.
- Improper handling or alteration of the original product.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Loss or theft.
Once the warranty claim has been submitted we will review it and notify you within 3 business days whether your claim has been approved or denied.
